  The Bible says “I am sending you like sheep in the middle foxes. So, be kind like a dove and wise like a snake”. The most important issue here is who is the snake and what are the ways of the snake. I did observe some good people studying the animal snake, trying to learn from this beast. I do not think they are right, so I will explain the way of another snake, a devil.   Why is a devil presented as wise? The wisdom of the devil is its dedication to its cause. A devil observes love, he will join as a lover. Then slowly will start planting hate, here and there, until the love is gone and hate is dominant. He will play his cards well for a long time until the necessary fruit is seen. T he word of faith moment is the cancer that is spreading as wildfire into the healthiest part of the body of Christ. Being a sickness to the body of Christ is not the only problem of this doctrine; after all, there is no single church which is having perfectly right theology. What is worst is that it is affecting the best of the best from the body of the lord. It is paining to see people who are very close to the lord being bewitched by such deception of the devil. If you are close to the lord, I am just asking you to consider if you are wrong about this. So, pray about it. Just for once, try to ask the lord for the way forward than trying to proclaim whatever is your will as the will of God.    The ugly form of the word of faith proponents is money worshipers in the name of the prosperity gospel.   When you are completely lost in your long march toward the Sabbath rest of the lord, the way forward often is backward to the point where you lost your way. This confusing reality is the reality that Luther found the Catholic Church, lost in a sea of human custom and human ways, in which grace was long gone and the law of Rome is the established law of slavery, and his solution is a backward march toward the teaching of Paul. Luther is perfectly right as salvation is by grace not by the law of Rome. The law and custom of Rome which contradicts the foundation laid by Paul cannot stand firm against the eternal law of God which is preached by Paul.
