The ideal structure of an ideal church

In this world, those who lead the people have mastery of the people. They are given better cars, better houses, better respect, and obedience, yet in the ideal church, this is not the case. I am not speaking about the churches of this world but the ideal church based on the teaching of Jesus Christ. In the world, those who want to be superiors are served by their subjects, but in the ideal church, those who want to be superiors are supposed to be servants of their subjects.

If you want to have the grace of knowledge, then you have to read the bible day and night and teach it to everyone for free. You want to have the gift of prophecy or healing, you dedicate yourself to God and you serve people for free. You want to be a shepherd, it is your duty to watch over the sheep day in and day out for free. No special car, no special house, no special salary, just free service. There is more, no better sit, no better respect, and nobody calls you honorable names, you are just a worthless slave who did his work and you take the lower sit as a result.

In this church, respect is not given to the important parts, as they don’t need it. Respect is given to those who do not deserve it at all. You don’t focus on treating the pastor, the prophet, the teacher, the over watcher (bishop), or the elder. You focus on treating with high respect those who are the most worthless of all. Those are all sinful people, lost sheep of the lord and newborn again faithful. Respect, treatment, and honor are given to the worthless of all because they need it the most.

In this ideal church, the better seats and titles are not preserved for the servants, which are pastors, apostles, overwatchers (bishops), prophets, healers, and soon. They are preserved to those who are less worthy. Why? Because when the power of God through you opens the sight of the blind, it is natural people will respect you. So, you don’t need respect, just take a lower sit and lower status for yourself. This will create a cooperative culture of unity, where people don’t compete but cooperate. The success of one will be the success of everyone because honor is not bestowed on an individual. The suffering of one also will be the suffering of everyone, as there is unity of purpose and unity of spirit.

After a prophet makes a prophecy and it becomes true, honor is not bestowed on him, he just takes a lower sit as a worthless servant who did his task. Since by nature people will be attracted to you, your role is to honor your brothers and sisters, while taking a lower sit. Then give honor to those who do not deserve it. Remember, people love to honor you but you are humble enough to reject such honor from the depth of your heart. In this setting, what kind of viewpoint will people have about you? People will love you from the depth of their soul and your fellow servants will love you more. When the hand of God is manifested by you, it is joy and honor to everyone, and when you suffer, everyone will suffer with you. This is the perfect system of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is perfection as designed in heaven and this church is built on the foundation of the foundation stone, Jesus Christ himself.

By the way, whatever power of God is channeled through you, there is nothing honorable about you but God. Imagine there are several water tubes and the owner of the tubes uses some of them to channel milk, some of them to channel water, some of them to channel oil, some of them to channel dirt water, and soon. What is there about the tubes that can make some tubes more honorable than other tubes? None of them own the milk, the water, and the oil, so what is there to boost about channeling milk, water, or oil? All honors belong to the owner of all the tubes and all the fluids. All those tubes are worthless tubes that perform their task and they deserve no honor at all.

The purpose of this system is not to dishonor servants of the lord, it is to avoid competition of status and potential conflicts in churches. In the ideal church, all body parts are important, and honors are bestowed on those who are less worthy. There are no Pharisees in the ideal church who demand to be called teachers and fathers, who demand better sit and higher respect. In the ideal church, the only father people have is the heavenly father and the only teacher they have is the spirit of God, the Holy Spirit. All are brothers and sisters, equals and servants. In the ideal church, all faithful are equal, but the better off are less equal and servants of others, while the worse off are more equal and honorable than others.

In the ideal church, there is no church of pastors only, prophets only, disciples only, bishops only, and soon. The body of Christ will have eyes, ears, mouths, feet, hands, legs, and soon, and it will not be a crippled monster of our age. A crippled monster is a pastor without brothers and sisters who are graced with spiritual powers of healing and prophecy, a healer and prophet without a pastor, faithful without over watcher, youngsters without elders, and soon. No, the ideal church will have different body parts that work as one body of Christ with unity of purpose and unity of spirit.

I am not saying, current churches have to be like this. Those new wineskins are not made for the old wine of the lord. Yet if there is a chance to build ideal churches of the future using old wineskins of the lord himself, this is the structure they must have. If a church is built like this, it can face an earthquake, hurricane, or flood of water, but it will stand firm because it is built on foundation stone, Jesus Christ himself.
