The blessing of separating light from darkness

Imagine if the gifts of Abel and Cain are mixed before they are presented to God. Abel is presenting some of his firstborns in a show of deep respect and consideration toward God. Cain, in contradiction, is performing a religious ritual of presenting some of his fruits of the land. Abel showed respect as a child of God and also showed fear of the lord as a slave of the lord, while Cain had none of it but ritual. In this setting it is a sin to present the respectful and faithful offering of Abel mixed with the inconsiderate and faithless offering of Cain. If both offerings are presented as one, what is God going to do? Be happy and unhappy at the same time? As devils are separated from children of light, when God says let there be light, it is good that the offerings of Abel and Cain are separated before they are presented before God.

In this setting, God can determine whose staff will grow branches and leaves while whose staff will remain dry. Imagine if the staff used by Aaron is the same staff used by his opponents, how could it be possible to determine who is God’s high priest? Imagine if people God are mixed with the world in everything, how would it be possible to determine who is God promoting and who is God destroying?

If a weed that looks like wheat is mixed with the wheat, they must grow together until harvest time. Yet, if the devil is fool enough to plant the weed in a different land than the wheat, now would be a harvest time. What is painful is not darkness but darkness mixed with light, lie mixed with truth, word of God mixed with desires of this world.

It is not sad that light is separated from darkness, what was painful was that the light was mixed with darkness. What was painful was the weed mixed with wheat. What was painful was the offering of Cain mixed with the offering of Abel. What was painful was the staff of Aaron being the same as the Staff of others. Let us remember that we stood on different sides when God identified his Abel and he let his high priest's staff grow leaves and branches.

Abel presented his gifts and Cain presented his gift. Aaron presented his staff and others did the same. Moses presented himself as a prophet of God and his seedlings do the same. Then after, God can make his choice, and let us remember we stood on different sides.
