Disrespecting spirit

When Jesus started his ministry, he did his best to avoid conflict with the Pharisees. This is not because he needs their respect since he knows they exchange respect with each other but they never desire respect from heaven. He was just trying to minimize the size of their stumbling stone, so some could leap over it toward salvation. Though they as a group will stumble, as it is written, he was hoping to save as much as he could from them. That is why even Jesus, the God, was surprised about how things went out with him after observing how they treated him because they did go far against him.

They would kill him, because it is written, the detail, however, could be much different if many listen to him. Side by side, their future would be also very different. The cruelty that the Jewish people suffer, after the death of Jesus, is related to how cruelly they mistreat Jesus, and also the savagery of the gentile world, which does not know Jesus at all. I am also sure Jesus is surprised by the cruelty of the gentile world because when he wanted to punish them a little the world went far.

The Jewish people after killing Jesus, were not given manna from heaven and dominance and prosperity on earth, they suffered every inflection promised in the Old Testament for disobedience. They suffered for nearly 2000 years in the hands of savages, who call themselves Christians though they don’t know Jesus at all, because they just kill God, as it is written. Jesus’s suffering and the Jewish people’s suffering could be minimized if many did not stumble over him, and many could be saved into the hand of God of Israel, his name is Jesus Christ.

That is why, initially, he was nice and made a lot of effort not to provoke them. When their resistance becomes firm, however, Jesus starts to offend them with the truth because they have to be told the truth before the judgment hour. He was mild and this is not to hide the truth to earn their respect, but to make the truth easy to swallow while facing their prideful ignorance of a Pharisee. A fool may say what a disrespectful spirit, after watching Jesus, but I am sure disrespectful truth is more valuable than respectful lie that Pharisees exchange with each other.

Jesus’s own has that spirit of disrespecting what is a devil’s own. They stand in front of the temple and tell the people “Don’t think this temple will save you”. They will stand in Samaria and will tell to the Samarian alter that its servants will be headed over it. They will stand in front of the Samarian king and will tell him that no rain will fall unless they return to God. There is a lot of disrespecting spirit in the bible dear and all is from the best of the best from children of God. The gift of exchanging respect, with sinners for their sins, is always given to false prophets. While disrespecting spirit, against sin, is always given to the best of God.

In times of sin and fallout, exchanging respect is for the false prophets, while rebuking what is evil is for children of God. Yes, it is necessary to avoid any stumbling stone against brothers by mixing your truth with love. You have to correct them with love, honor, and decency so they should not stumble by your sins. You have to do love so you can save your brothers rather than condemn them to hell. Your love, toward sinners, is not to exchange their respect for your respect, by ignoring the respect from heaven. The purpose is to plant and grow heavenly respect through love and truth.

The truth is packaged and sweetened by love, respect, and honor, not to buy the sinful love and respect of a sinner, after all, what a sinner can add to faithful, it is to make the truth easy to swallow. It is a desire to build brothers rather than to destroy them. After all, the bible, from the mouth of Jesus, did order us not to attack other workers of God. While feeding the sheep, you need to be careful about two things. One, never attack fellow workers of God, and do not drink and eat with the sinners. If you are united with sinners, to eat and drink with them, and if you attack workers of God then after, God knows how to treat you back, just like devils.

So the purpose of love, respect, tolerance, and understanding when one corrects sin is not to exchange respect with sinful people, which is what false prophets do. It is to make the truth easy to understand and accept. It is not a desire to have honor and respect from a sinning brother, after all, what can a sinner add to God’s own? Love of brother is a duty from God, not a plastic that we need to cover our empty souls. If we love our brothers, it is not because we have a hole to fill in our soul, God is more than enough dear, it is because God says so. Our love for brothers is an expression of our love for God, but the love of God comes first. When there is conflict, however, the love of God stands firm and you will enjoy the disrespectful spirit of Jesus, Paul, Peter, John the Baptist, John the Disciple, and all prophets of God. Do you think children of God were exchanging honor with the world? It is what false prophets do, dear.
