Who Is Babylon in the Bible (Edited by ChatGPT)
There are three
Babylons in the Bible. The first Babylon is related to the tower made by people
to honor themselves, and it is the way of the flesh. The second Babylon is a
kingdom that built itself by domination and assimilation, and this is also the
way of the flesh. The third Babylon is an entity that is wealthy and enjoying
greatness and good life, extended over kingdoms that stretch over millenniums
and over many people, nations, and civilizations. This harlot is responsible
for the blood of all saints of God and witnesses of the Lord, from the
foundation of the world. Since Abel, the son of Adam, she is responsible for
all blood. The devil and his ruling image (empires) will carry her in a place
of honor for millenniums, but will destroy her at last. God is not destroying
this harlot, but will use the kingdom of the devil, the antichrist, to destroy
her, and she will become a resting place of all birds of the sky.
Who is this harlot?
USA, as some claim it to be? But this nation is young — too young for that.
What about Rome? Those fools are the shadow of the antichrist, as all heretics
are, but they are also young, though older than the USA. Who is this harlot?
The way of the flesh is this harlot. Earthly life and the way of the flesh are
what are extended and honored in all empires of this earth; she made many
wealthy.
Now devils are ruling
people who are not born again, but their influence is minimized by the
intervention of the Heavenly Father. One day the Heavenly Father will let the
devils free — those devils who are kept in darkness, and those who are kept
beyond the river Euphrates will be set free to take over people. People will be
fully possessed by devils, and people will not do what they want, but their
bodies will be controlled by devils. They will suffer because the devil is
making the decisions, but people are suffering for it and will wish to die, yet
they will have no control over their own bodies. Now the devil which is behind
people’s lives will come into the forefront, and people will take the back seat
as prisoners in their own bodies. Imagine if a knife cuts them — they feel the
pain, but the devil is in control of their body, who feels no pain from the
body. Now imagine this devil was in prison for millenniums — what will happen?
You can imagine the agony and pain they will feel. Flesh and its ways will be
destroyed by the devil, and the devil will organize his army without regard for
humanity and its welfare.
In Proverbs, Jesus is
identified as wisdom that gives life, but there is also a harlot who seems good
but leads to death, and that is the way of the flesh. Earthly life and earthly
obsession — or simply the way of the flesh — is the enemy of the Spirit, and
the devil will promote her until God casts the harlot away. When God rejects
her and moves out, the devil will also cast her down and destroy her. She will
never rise again after that, and this is because it is written. She will think
she is there to stay in her kingdom forever, but it will end one day, as it
happened to the two Babylon of history.
In the first Babylon,
people wanted honor for themselves and a name for themselves that would last
forever, which is the way of the flesh rather than the way of the Spirit — to
follow the commandment of God so they could fill the whole world. In the second
Babylon, people wanted power — to rob, destroy, attack, and assimilate others
into their identity — hoping to rule forever, which is the way of the flesh. In
the third Babylon, the invisible kingdom of the devil and the visible empires
of people, extended over many nations, will promote the flesh and its ways, and
she will think her ways are forever. But it is decided by God that all will end
one day.
When they needed a
name for themselves in the first Babylon, God confused and distributed them,
because God had another plan. When they needed power and dominance, God used
them to punish others and then judged them. The third Babylon, however, is
flesh and its ways, which are disobedient to the Spirit. Human history and its
governments and cultures are the story of flesh, and this way of flesh is
responsible for all the blood of saints and messengers of God. God will judge
the way of flesh, and that judgment is to leave flesh to the full dominance of
the devil.
When the kingdom of
God is full light, the entire world will be filled with darkness, as the
vultures — the devils — will be where the dead bodies are. Then the devil,
observing that God has judged flesh and its ways as unworthy of God, will have
no desire to promote the way of flesh but will ride them as beasts for his
purpose. Besides, the Heavenly Father will no longer be there to moderate them.
Then afterward, the
world and its system will no longer work to promote a happy life and joyful
life for flesh, but for the service of the kingdom of the devil, which will
rule with the ten kings who will take government with the dragon for a short
time. I guess some collective system of the devil is going to come to power. So
my educated guess is that Babylon is the way of the flesh — earthly people who
are enemies of God. Those people are the ones who hunt the people of God, and
their judgment is to be enslaved by the devil himself. They will wish for death
but will never be able even to take their own lives. This is what I understand
about the harlot known as Babylon. I think this is what holds water and is
consistent with all verses of the Bible — but who can be certain but God? I
could be wrong.
